What we do
We are generalists, not specialists.
We’re not certified plumbers, but we can replace a hot water tank, we don’t have 20 years of experience hanging drywall, but we can patch a hole in the wall. Our company exists because we know people need to get shit done, but we also know that it doesn’t take 20 years of experience to know how to put paint on a wall. The most important part of the job is often just showing up, not being on heroin, and not running off with the 50% down your other contractor “needed for materials.”
We will spell out everything that we’re doing from the beginning so there are no suprises at the end.
Some parts of a project are necessary while others are not. We will make sure you know how far to take your project without over-renovating.
Sometimes you really need new cabinets. Sometimes they just need new paint. When possible, our team will give you the options you need to make the best ROI.
Need locks changed quickly after a move-out, or paint touchups before a showing? We can handle the quick one-off projects as well.
Paint
Most rental unit turnovers are going to need some kind of paint. We can do a paint match and do a few touchups, or can get the whole place repainted in just a couple of days. We do both interior and exterior.
Floors
We only do certain types of floors, but can subcontract other types to meet your needs. We do vinyl plank and tile installation. For carpet or refinishing hardwoods, we have a network of specialists that we can connect you with.
Tile
Tile can go a long way. It can make an average space seem luxurious. Our team can transform your tub surround or kitchen backsplash so you’ll stand out from the rest of the cheap rentals on the market.
Kitchens
Our team does many different levels of kitchen renovations. From painting cabinets and new cabinet pulls, to new plumbing, electrical, and cabinetry. The only thing we don’t do is specialty countertops.
Baths
We do anything from a full-gut bathroom remodel to a new vanity. It’s one of the projects that gives investors the best ROI, with increased rents and sale prices.
General Handyman Services
If you just need the occasional lock changed, or some new light fixtures, we can be your go-to. We can handle most small projects that come up, and if we can’t we’ll surely know someone who can.
