About Us

We manage renovation projects for out-of-state landlords in Cleveland.

The team at Good Enough Construction is a group of friends from Seattle, WA. We started buying rental properties in Cleveland in 2016 because we were priced out of our local market. As we grew our our portfolio of properties all bought under $100k, we struggled with finding reliable contractors, even for the most basic jobs. Our cofounder, Ryan Evans, moved to Cleveland to scale the rental business and seek out opportunities in the increasingly hot real estate market.

We’re not the type to make promises we can’t keep. It’s all in the name. We don’t claim to be the best in the business, but we get the job done up to code, and won’t walk off the job halfway through.

Painting

Both interior and exterior, painting is one of our specialties. Our co-founders have been painting houses for over 10 years.

Flooring

Many of our customers need to overlay old floors with vinyl plank or tile. We can get most flooring jobs done in just a couple of days.

Kitchens and Baths

From new sinks and cabinet pulls to full-gut projects, our team can handle almost every part of your kitchen or bathroom overhaul.

General Handyman Repairs

For when you’re turning a unit and need a little bit of everything – patching drywall, paint touchups, new light fixtures, cabinet pulls, door locks, etc.
